Pinja

Pinja has background in different dance styles and genres since she was little, but in 2016 her heart was completely stolen by Bachata…

Since then she’s been passionately learning the dance, and all of its styles – traditional, modern, sensual and fusion – by travelling and participating in classes of the world’s most known Bachata artists.

In recent years Pinja has been teaching Bachata couple and Lady style classes in Finland and she has been also invited many times to share her passion abroad in workshops. In her teaching she likes to focus on the correct technique of the movements, styling and also in making the classes fun!

Gero & Raquel

Both Gero and Raquel have danced almost throughout their life. Gero fell in love with Sensual Bachata style and has now 10 years…

of experience, dedicating his time to learn this style and sharing everything he knows about in his weekly classes, national and international workshops & festivals.

Raquel has a bit less experience, dancing Bachata now for 2 years, with various dance background starting in age of 6, she says that “I’ve been lucky to get the change to learn latin dances here in Madrid with exceptional dancers.”.

Both of them are members of Esencia(which is one of the most known Bachata dance group World Wide).

Villehart & Julia

Our local teachers Villehart and Julia both have background in street styles before couple and latin dances. Villehart started with Salsa and…

after trying Sensual Bachata in the beginning of 2017 it completely took over him. Julia has been dancing Bachata since Summer 2019, which was the summer they met and have been together ever since.

In their teaching they focus in social dance and technique in leading & following. Both of them have a performance and competing background. Villehart being Scandinavian Runner-up Bachata Master from year 2019.

Their vision is to drive a revolutionary change in Helsinki’s nightlife culture and make social dances part of it.

DJ Dimen5ions

Dimen5ions made his name in the worldwide Bachata scene by infecting dancers with his highly energetic…

bachata remixes. “I Like It” was his first international hit (which ended up being the most played bachata remix in clubs worldwide for 2018). This was in collaboration with the already highly respected, DJ Manuel Citro.

Some of his latest hits include “Del Mar” with DJ Alejandro but also “Old Town Road”, “Shallow” and “Say You Won’t Let Go”, all in collaboration with Island Touch Director, El Tiguere Del Mambo – and all of which have been danced to by the biggest names in Bachata – Ataca & La Alemana, Daniel & Desiree and Korke & Judith.

As a touring DJ, Dimen5ions is part of the two world-renowned bachata DJ groups – Island Touch’s “Team Bachata” and “Brochata.” Dimen5ions has participated in a lot of the major bachata congresses in Europe, such as BCN Sensual, Bachata Day, Europe Bachata Festival, Bachatea and Summer Sensual Days Rovinj.

Gregorio & Eva

Sensual Bachata Dancers have teached together since 2021, they have really unique style and their classes…

are well loved by their students.

Both of them have taught Bachata many places in UK and Eva also in Switzerland and Germany.

Greg’s background in younger age is in Argentinian Tango and Salsa. Later he was introduced to Sensual and Modern Bachata he fell in love. Eva has a background in gymnastics and Ballroom dancing from and early age. The last 6 years Latin fever has caught her and she has been dedicating herself to Bachata and Salsa.

Their teaching is based on fundamental technique training of Sensual Bachata. In their classes you will definitely learn and experience exciting new moves, while having fun with loads of dancing flavour.

DJ D*Lux

D*Lux is coming to play for us from neighbour Sweden. He is originally from Chile, now based in Stockholm…

”I aim to always play my best set up, to not let dancers rest due to all good flow which I create on the dancefloor”

He has played in all Mayor Swedish Bachata events and Socials/Events in Sweden, Chile, Poland, Greece, Spain, Dubai.
