Studio Etiquette
Welcome to enjoy the world of dancing with us. Let’s make it comfortable for everyone by taking care of the following things.
Now in times of Covid-19:
- First things first, remember to wash your hands when entering
- There is masks and handsanitizers available in your use
- If you have any feeling of being sick, please stay home and rest
- Entering only with indoor or dance shoes
- Leave your outdoor clothes and shoes to the changing rooms
- Take your valuables with you into the class room
- Join us and have fun in diverse group of people
Cancellation Policy
24h our before Drop-In classes and 1 week with Monthly Passes, we can give your spot for the people on the waiting list.
Refund Policy
When the cancellation policy is followed in a timely manner.
- Drop-In Class, 50% of purchase price will be returned
- Mothly Pass, 50% of purchase price will be returned
In case of Covid-19 restrictions not allowing you to have a class or being sick you will get a full refund of your ticket price -(minus) already materialized transactions costs or then you can change your ticket for free to the next classes organized by Bachata Helsinki.
